HOW TO BOOK


New Clients:

Please contact me to arrange an appointment for your initial FREE home consultation.

 

Existing Clients:

Where I hold your keys booking requests can be made via text message, WhatsApp or e-mail and I will reply to confirm the booking or advise accordingly.

If I am not a key holder please contact me to check my availability on your required dates and to arrange key collection/return days/times, once agreed I will confirm your booking details in writing.

Contracts:

All bookings will be subject to the necessary signed Written Agreements, Veterinary Disclosure/Authorisation Forms and a Cat flap Disclaimer Form for those cats with outdoor access during their owner’s absence.

 

Other Info:

I usually recommend twice daily visits and it is my policy not to accept booking requests for less than once daily visits for animal welfare reasons.


Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Day surcharges will apply - details to be confirmed at the time of booking.


Some visits may be subject to an excess mileage charge but this will be advised prior to or at the initial consultation.


For new clients and during peak times a deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking, this is fully refundable up to 7 days before visits are due to commence.
